Not the company my family knew... we have an anique brass bed they undated in 2010, the Alexandria Canopy and a day bed all from Charles P. Rogers however they don't back their work any longer. I spoke to a supervisor today who said basically we got your money in 2010 and our Lifetime Structural Warranty nor our serve applies to you. Shame on you Charles P. Rogers!!!!!
We ordered 2 mattress/box spring sets on the 3rd of March. We were told that the mattress's were on back order and it would take about 2 weeks. Well, we are on week 3. I am now being told that the box spring is on back order. I have been advised on 4 different occasions that my salesperson will call me with an eta. This has not happened. After seeing all of these reviews I am wondering if I am better off just cancelling the order and going some place else.
(****See update below.)I want to order a CPR mattress but the reviews on customer service can't be ignored. I went through the online process yesterday and selected my mattress(es) and saw the free delivery and white glove service offer. I entered my zipcode and it said that my order included free delivery. There were no caveats. Just to be sure I initiated a chat and the rep (Erik) responded. Got a nano2 mattress. It’s out of this world comfortable and supportive. It’s so comfortable I slept through an earthquake this morning and felt refreshed and renewed when I woke up.
Purchased cal-king bed online during Thanksgiving holiday. Summer advised me that the bed will not be available for a few weeks. Bed delivered, set up and looks beautiful.....I shouldn't have canceled the queen size (I really needed to replace both) but I wanted to see how it worked out with the Cal-king before purchasing another one. I am so extremely happy with it.
Purchased a queen iron bed. Wanted to charge me an additional $500.00 just for the side rails which was included in the original price!!! Wouldn't offer a refund, AND...we never received the bed itself (4 months later) but they had no problem taking our $1800.00 HORRIFIC customer service!!!! What a nightmare this company!
The bed is wonderful. We are side sleepers and it is perfect. The sales person helped me determine which mattress would be best and he was right. I have had water beds, air beds, regular beds, and this CPR bed is the best. We had to wait approximately 3 weeks for delivery but the mattress pad wasn't received at the same time. We kept having to follow up with that but got in with 1 month. I would recommend this mattress/box springs but know you would have to wait for delivery.
