We had discovered the mattress after reading research on Consumer Reports. We had some questions and when we called had a very helpful discussion with Jade. She actually pointed us towards a mattress that was less expensive than the one we were inquiring about after asking us about our sleeping habits and build. She wanted us to get the right mattress not the most expensive one. We have ordered and can’t wait.
For decades, when I need a bed, I go to Charles P. Rogers. Good value, great quality and terrific people to deal with by phone.
I highly recommended your company to a dear friend, and she’s had problems from the get go! She ordered her bed in June. It was back ordered and upon it’s arrival today, everything went wrong! Delivery men got mud, water and snow on her wood floors, they couldn’t assemble the bed, wrong size drawers came with the bed, ripped spot on headboard and the men got black on the bed. A real quality product not like you find in the large box stores. Excellent delivery program with qualified installers.
I purchased a bed on line. Instructions to put together bed were horrible. The video showed the head a foot board already put together which was not the case. We finally got an installer that did give some tips. The one side of the bed had holes that were so tight we had to bang the pieces into place. The screw rod we had to install on that side took us 3 times to take apart and screw in as the rod had no designation on how far to screw in. Finally the support feet were broken and seemed to short. The in store sales representative Jade was very helpful. She gave us information about all of the beds in the showroom and let us try out each of them . Jade asked us questions about our sleeping habits and what brought us to purchasing a new mattress. The customer service we received in the store was exceptional. Jade has followed up with us twice since we were in the store and we appreciate the time and effort she has made. We are pretty excited about receiving our new mattress within the next few weeks.
Product quality and customer service is great. I had to change my order because of a mistake I made and Charles P. Rogers made the change happen seamlessly.
