Had a horrible experience ordering mattresses from here in September. The price we were told on the phone when we placed the order with Tina did not match the price we were billed when the mattress shipped, which was over $500 more than what we were told. After weeks of phone calls (impossible to get in touch with them once you've purchased), CPR was unwilling to right the wrong. The bed and mattress are extremely comfortable and look perfect in our bedroom. The delivery team initially had difficulty putting the bed together properly but Charles P. Rogers stood by their product and made sure it was assembled to our satisfaction.
We had a great experience working with Tina. Our mattress (Powercore Estate 5000) is very comfortable and it arrived even faster than was promised with no problem. Thanks for a great product with great service.

The experience was great from beginning to end... Erik, the salesperson, helped us to understand and make a good decision and the two men who delivered were amazing!
