Customer support has been horrible and the product not much better. Returned my mattress on Nov 11, 2020 and still have not received my refund. Filed a dispute with the credit card company because no one at Charles Rogers responded to my inquiries. Extremely disappointed with my entire purchase experience. I never received the first mattress and after multiple attempts I finally got someone to ship another. The one I received caused significant back pain and so returned it within the first 45 days. The Charles P. Rogers company is the kindest most compassionate and caring company I have ever dealt with and I will tell you why. My dad bought my mom a beautiful brass and marble bed for their 30th wedding anniversary. My dad has since died of cancer and my mother's 84th birthday is coming up and I did not know what to get her. I thought it would be a great idea to surprise her with this bed which has been in storage since my dad died 10 years ago. Tina listened to my needs and helped me order the most comfortable, restful mattress for deeper sleep and to support a neck/shoulder injury. I was concerned about ordering a mattress during the pandemic, when I couldn't try it in person. She is forthcoming and a total gem, call her at Charles P. Rogers if you need a mattress! I recommended the Estate 9000 Luxury Plush - it's both supportive for someone who doesn't want to wake up from a mattress wobbling, yet gently conforms to your position. Thank you, Tina!

My experience purchasing an Estate SE mattress and foundation from Charles P. Rogers was a very positive one. I went to the East 59th Street showroom and tried out the well-made mattresses with the informative assistance of the salesman, Sean S. Bought the Estate 9000 Luxury Plush less than 5 years ago. When I bought it I reached out to ask them if it was supposed to feel like a brick. They said it would get softer. Nope. They have no "Try for 100 days' like most companies now so we were stuck with a $2,395.94. Fast forward, we purchased a Layla Hybrid Plush; and I get 120 days of trial to see if we like it.. My so called Luxury Plush from Charles P Rogers went out with the trash this morning....

We had been unable to order a bed from another retailer as we were ordering from New Zealand for New York City (Macy’s couldn’t cope with the international cc) and needed a delivery ASAP. Sean at Charles P Rogers was quick to help us and we bought a luxury mattress at a very good price with delivery the next day. Even a mixup by us and time zone troubles which kept the truck waiting resulted in a redelivery and very happy communications from Lauren and Linda! Had a horrible experience ordering mattresses from here in September. The price we were told on the phone when we placed the order with Tina did not match the price we were billed when the mattress shipped, which was over $500 more than what we were told. After weeks of phone calls (impossible to get in touch with them once you've purchased), CPR was unwilling to right the wrong.
