The Estate Lifetime 5 is an awesome mattress. Like many others, the break-in period took longer than expected. Steve W in the 17th St store is very patient and knowledgeable. Delivery was clean and professional. This is a quality mattress and well worth the money. I also purchased an iron and brass bed. It’s beautiful. The castings give it so much character. Thanks!
they need to be more competitive in there customer service. slow delivery and slower pick up and credit. Besides uncomfortable bed. Compare them to companies like Saatva and why anyone would go to Charles P Rogers escapes me. Sorry i did
We discussed our first possible warranty claim with the company. The springs have given out and created a massive hump in the bed. We were told the stain was spilled food which damage the bed with no other explanation. The stain came from me sweating through “their” approved bed cover that apparently didn’t work. We don’t eat in our bed but thanks for assuming. Now they won’t answer back.
Over the years I have purchased 3 wooden platform beds and a wrought iron bed frame. These are quality products, customer service and sales people always helpful and friendly. Delivery team - was quick neat and polite.
Bed looks nice and ordering was easy. However, when we finally got to putting it together my husband had trouble with the hardware and tools that were included. After lots of cursing and two trips to the hardware store, it was up and finished. If you are assembling it yourself, beware of assembly issues
