Charles Brown Developments built us an Oak Framed garden room in 2019 to replace an outdated conservatory. The project was very well managed and completed within the agreed time scales. We couldn’t be more delighted with the space, we use it every day all year round. We are so glad to have had this space during lockdown as it has improved our living environment enormously.

Thankfully Chas was available after we had waited a long time and been let down by our original builder which was a great result for us. He is punctual, professional, tidy, keen to do a great job and leave a satisfied customer. We could not recommend highly enough. Before and after pictures showing extension included.

Chas Brown has done numerous projects for us, including a timber framed orangery, electrical work, and patio renovations. Chas is a pleasure to have working in your home, he is extremely tidy and shows great attention to detail. Chas works well with other sub contractors and is completely trust worthy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
