Thank you Jess for a great reset!! I am pleased to report that I managed a stretch of 4 hours sleep x 2, normally I wake up every 2 - 3 hours. So that was absolutely brilliant. I also told you that I was experiencing symptoms of vertigo but today I feel a lot better, not entirely gone but not as bad I guess that had something to do with all the tension I was holding!! Thank you and would certainly recommend the 90 minute reset to anyone xx

This was my first ever foot massage which I was quite nervous about as I had foot surgery 8 years ago and am very self conscious about my feet. Beth was brilliant, both in putting me at ease beforehand and then being very gentle. My feet felt absolutely lovely afterwards . Beths assurance throughout the massage has instilled some new confidence in me and I am thinking of having gel nails done for summer. I will definitely be back for another foot massage. Thank you so much, Beth!
