Their customer service at quick lane is crap their pretty boy they have at their counter is rude and terrible with customer service. I will never go back again for an oil change there.
Tell people what you think about Chapman Ford. The people that works at the Chapman Ford are very ignorant about their product. I call Chapman Ford to inquire about the extended warranty that we purchased. When we bought our brand new car. Nobody can give me any answer. On top of that we wanted the purchased Ford Focus. They lower in to come to the dealer ship. When we got there they don't even have the color that we wanted. I would not suggest anyone to purchase a car from the Chapman Ford. No even to my worst enemies.
