Great Dealership. We bought our explorer here back in November. Our salesman Jeremy was phenomenal. We were in a difficult situation credit wise due to recent health issues. Jeremy was very understanding and patient with us. He pulled some strings and got us in my beautiful Explorer Sport. He took care of us during the deal and after. It was just a basic oil change but they everything to make the process easy and quick. First time using a dealership for basic maintenance and was worth it.

Today I went to Chapman Ford. It was the worst experience I've ever had the salesman did not know shit about the car and he pawned me off on his assistant who had only been working there 3 days once he found out the vehicle I was looking for he did not have. There was a third salesman who they had to keep asking questions over because neither of them knew shit about the car. I went into Chapman Ford today to get my oil changed, they were very helpful. The wait wasn’t that bad, they have a really great coffee and tv while you wait. The staff Heidi and Kaley were very nice, and friendly. I enjoyed the my experience very much at this dealership. I would recommend anyone to come up to get their routine maintenance on their vehicles.
