Brought my car in for an oil change, I asked customer service how long it would take, he said an hour, I come back an hour and half later my car was not ready, the had not even started on it. My first time here and never coming back, no one even apologized to me. Just be honest with your customers!!
I'd been trying to get a transmission recall for my Fiesta done for a year, but no one would do it in Detroit! When I moved back, it finally went out. These guys are doing what they can to deal with it, and have even arranged a loaner while we wait for the right part (which they put on emergency backorder). So far they are doing what they can, and I am grateful for it.
