I want to state my frustration towards these people that sold me a car back in march 2013. Do NOT purchase a car from Chapman Ford dealership in Scottsdale, AZ. Not only did they pressure me and lied to me but also ripped me off by selling me a 3,500 extended warranty WITHOUT TELLING ME. If I could give no stars I would. Their services techs don't know what's going on and can't handle more than one thing at a time. My car was finished for HOURS and they never called me. When I dropped my car off I waited for 1.5 hours for a ride from their courtesy shuttle. Which had been sitting outside for an hour. Everyone passes responsibility to everyone else. Just talking to them annoyed me. They were quick to come and make their presence known. I asked a question and I had to hunt them down and still never got an answer
Just had a new Battery installed. They delivered the car on time as promised and the Service is always done right. My only issue with their new quick lane proccess, which I have commented on previously is, you can't get all your service needs attended to on this one visit. I used to make a list of things that need checked or service and bring the car in once. Had the oil changed in my 2007 Mustang convertible at the Quicklane. When they washed it the back window blew out. Their response was to do nothing about it. My oil change cost me $1340. Previously they worked on my radio in the service department. It had 6 CDs in it when it broke, they said the radio shop would return them. The radio shop did but Chapman never returned them. I called the radio shop and got the tracking number where they were sent back, Chapman had lied about returning them. They finally cut me a check after... read more
