The EASIEST buying experience I've ever had in my life for anything! Tom and Beth in the internet department were both awesome!!! The dealership is also significantly cheaper on their used inventory than any other ford dealership in the valley! I'm talking on average $2000-$3000 cheaper!!! Stop in and see them! Even with poor credit they were able to get me financed!
I just bought a new Ford Expedition from Chapman Ford Scottsdale last night. The entire negotiation thru delivery was the most pleasant and efficient car buying I have ever had (and I have bought many cars). Marlo Watkins was awesome he is one of the Internet managers . Also Carlos Gomez was wonderful as well. As for either of them and tell them Candy sent you !
This car lot is a joke. How do you make a deal on a vehicle and a week later take it back. Worse dealership ever .

I don't often take the time to write great things about vehicle dealerships. However, in this case Chapman Ford warrants the extra effort. The entire vehicle buying experience was a shining example of what customer service means. I went on a test drive after going to the Arizona Auto Show as a part of their It Pays to Test Drive a Ford Program. I was supposed to receive a dealer sales code once the test drive was done but the salesman was supposed to call me back with the code. I called and left him messages twice but he never returned my calls. I called a third time and a manager was supposed to call me back. Never did. My experience was HORRIBLE! The manager John sold a car right under us. We were sealing the deal and as my husband was finishing it up the manager comes in and says that truck was just sold. We drove 3 hours with kids to go get this vehicle after we called and they knew we were on our way. We took the extra mile to have everything ready and bam!!!!! It was for nothing.
