Joanie Boyle recommended Chapman Ford. 2 mins · I was treated so good at Chapman, I bought a ford explorer and the service was great Tim Quintana was a great guy and he helped us get what we wanted, with the price we wanted if your looking for a truck or car then you need to go to Chapman Ford first and I guarantee you they are the best in price I looked in to three different Dealer Ships and I started with Chapman and I finished with Chapman. Again the service was great
Great work by the service department every time. I appreciate my Ford Fiesta being reliable and safe. Great selection there too! I may need to buy another car some day. Wouldn't mind it being from Chapman Ford at all.
Horrible experience with the service department. Was told on two occasions the parts would be in the following day to find out they are on national back order. I ordered the OEM part myself and it's arriving in two days. While my car was there there was some damage done to it and pics were sent however they refuse to contact me back. Stay away!!!

Last night I purchased my second car with Chapman Ford, both times working with Tim Q. He's great, listens to what my needs are, makes suggestions and gets me in the vehicle I need. Without his help I may not have walked out with my 1st brand new car. Not only have I purchased 2 cars in the last 2 years from them I have a friend and a co worker who has to! If you're going to do it, do it right with Tim Q at Chapman Ford.
We went to Chapman Ford to test drive Ford F150 trucks. We met DC, our sales advisor. After looking at a couple of trucks, he brought us a 3rd to test drive. It was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. He was super nice to work with and we feel we got a very fair deal on financing. The truck is super roomy, comfortable and fun to drive! Thank you DC! We are loving the truck! Can't wait for new camping adventures!
