John DiCristofano is a big jerk. Unwilling to help. Talks over you. Won't let you talk. He will just ramble on not letting you talk, if you try to talk, he will say you are rude because you are interrupting him. I said, "dude, let me talk, let me get a word out, listen to me." He won't listen.. He is a diva and will hang up on you. Horrible customer service. Horrible Horrible, by far the worst experience I have had with a sales guy. Absolutely horrible.
RecommendedWe had an issue with our Ford pickup this morning. Tim Beal in service went over and above to get our truck in and kept us updated on the progress. Chapman Ford and Tim Beal in service are the best!! Highly recommend!!
Do NOT give them your phone number. Called 4 times before I got home when I specifically asked them not to call me today.
Deceptive sales practices. No one is willing to help. I gave the general manager a call and left several messages as well with the general sales manager and no one bothered to called back. Very dissatisfied with the general sales department and lack of follow up.
Jeremy Carithers was great to work with. John Hurley processed us through financing super quick.

By going out of business, that is how bad they are.
Went in late on May 21st and met Richard Jewett. We gave him all of our information and what my wanted - He called it a Unicorn as there were only 6 in the west region. Between holidays, work schedules and everything else we were finally able to get in May 30 to make the purchase. Richard worked up the deal the Sales Manager did a great job with not being pushy and the Finance guy (John Hurley) was super amazing - all of them together worked us a great deal!!!
