Had my 6-month dental appointment and felt very safe going into Roy Oak Dental. The staff was very helpful and my hygienist made sure I felt comfortable with my cleaning procedure. They were taking the precautions expected to keep patients safe.

I got an appointment on the same day, was guided through a very professional convid-19 routine before I was allowed to enter the dental office, was attended to right away, and given a thorough and attentive diagnosis by Dr. D. Woolf. Best of all ( with a big smile), Dr. Woolf didn't find a big, expensive problem with my aching tooth. What's not to like!

I met Sean for the first time. He couldn't be better! He was personable and caring, answered all my questions, explained a new (to me) procedure he wanted to use for cleaning my teeth and around my gums and was sensitive to my needs. He was also quite knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

I have always said that the dental hygienist is the most important members of a dental practice. I have left two dental practices because of "brutal" hygienists. I really appreciated dental assistant Sean's professional matter. From his use of a blue light cancer screening tool, to his use of an ultrasonic tooth cleaning tool rather than the traditional instrument scraping was refreshing. He was careful to explain his methods, he listened to my concerns, and he was aware of my discomfort. All in all - a great experience.
The experience I had was highly professional, with the dental technician doing an extensive job to remove tartar, and dentist providing useful and important information about my situation and what to expect. The environment was very Covid Aware, and I felt secure during my entire time there, which was about 1 hour.
