Everything was done properly: covid screening, seen on time, cleaned within a reasonable time, given clean bill of dental health, expedited check out, and everyone pleasant and up beat.
With the pandemic crisis, my husband and I are staying in isolation except for necessary medical and dental appointments. I was quite nervous, and the entire staff treated me with exceptional services, especially the new dental hygienist Dianne who treated me with such kindness and professionalism. She was so skilled and even more importantly she was so understanding of my anxiety and greeted me with tenderness. Our whole family sees Dr Woolfe and we just love him and his practice. All of our family have different and complex needs and Dr Woolfe has always risen to the challenge and given us first class and comfortable dental work, from implants to Invisalign to helping our Autistic son with his sensory difficulties. I have been going to this practice the entire time it has been open in Chapel Hill and I am very satisfied with the friendly, knowledgable, and efficient service they provide. I am fortunate to be working with a great dentist and staff.
My new hygienist did an excellent job and was pleasant to talk to.My old hygienist of many years, Amy, has left. I would very much like to contact her since we had many pleasant interactions. I would like to say good-bye and make sure she and her family are OK.
