I came to Royal Oak Dental 3-years ago. I had unfinished crown work, infection and had developed an incredible anxiety of going to the dentist due to my previous experience elsewhere. Even during COVID, the service and the consistency of the team has been stellar! Professional, excellent service, beautiful office and genuinely friendly. Royal Oak has a very engaging environment for a DENTIST'S OFFICE!
As a new patient, the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth helped put me at ease about my family following up with more appointments. (Princess) Diana was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very eager to make the rest of my family feel welcomed and comfortable about getting their dental care with Royal Oak Dental Group. Dr. Woolf was great as well. Very friendly, made me feel like I was part of his practice family for years.
Royal Oak is the best dentist office in Chapel Hill. Dr. Woolf and the team are very personable. Definitely felt welcome from the second I walked into the office! Great customer service! Thorough and honest work. In and out in no time. Especially appreciated all of the staff, the hygienist and how cordial everyone was because this was my first visit.

Practice conforms with current guidelines but still manages to give personal dental care with competence and good humor.
I've grown much more comfortable with the Royal Oak Dental Group--Chapel Hill as my provider for dental care.
Dr. Woolf and his whole team are simply the best! I recently fractured a tooth and they all took such great care of me. The banter between staff was hilarious and kept me entertained through the whole process. I have been pain free ever since and I am beyond satisfied! Highly recommend.
