Really liked the new dental hygienist I was assigned to since my previous hygienist had departed during Covid. We will see if the water pick works (will I actually use it). Think the dental care I receive at Royal Oak is very good despite my bad habits (lack of flossing).
It's all good all the time. People are professional, highly skilled, caring, friendly, you name it. I always feel welcomed and my health and overall safety ensured. I think I receive the best care always.
OK, it might be a stretch to say I enjoy going to the dentist, but this team makes it a great experience. The front office staff are friendly, professional and efficient. Shawn did an amazing job with my teeth cleaning, and may have convinced me to give flossing another try :-). Dr. Woolf is always thorough, friendly, and has a good sense of humor. It's great that the dentist can accommodate my appointment on the same day.
Pain went away. Got in right away. G-D bless Dr.Wolf and the entire staff!!Soon I'll be able to chew normally on that side(left) and eat like a normal person. Pass the pretzels---soon!!
On time, very Covid careful, and best part - pain free
I went for cleaning and it was thorough. They do not trap you if it is not necessary to clean every 4 months like my last dentist, who did not even give me the option. Dentist is very nice and funny.
My husband and I recently moved to Chapel Hill from Los Altos, CA. Back in CA, we had a wonderful dentist....and I do need regular checks and treatments so one of the first things we did when we moved was look for a dentist. Our appointments yesterday went very well - we both loved our hygienists, and then when we saw the dentist, he also was wonderful.
