Pleased with the controls in place for Covid. Everyone is always helpful and pleasant.
I had my cleaning done yesterday by Sean, who has replaced Marissa. I was a bit concerned because she was a wonderful hygienist and as we all know, there are good ones and not-so-good ones. But Sean explained everything he was doing, was professional, said I could ask questions, gave me some very good advice and made the visit “almost” enjoyable (who really enjoys going to the dentist????) I have seen a lot of dentists in the area, but Dr. Woolf and his team is by far the best! He is caring, compassionate, takes even little complaints seriously, and checks in after treatments to make sure everything is going well. His team is always kind and helpful. I wouldn�t go anywhere else now that I�ve found Royal Oak.

Dr. Woolf and Jodie ,as well as the office staff, have a very caring and professional attitude. I am grateful that I am in their care and have been since the practice opened. They do the job in one�s best interest, no matter what it takes.

Sean or Shawn, the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth at your Chapel Hill location, did an excellent job and gave me good info about how to brush and floss them more effectively.
I really felt so comfortable and safe. All staff are kind and very professional.
Everyone was great, I was screened for COVID outside before even entering the empty lobby! This made me feel very safe!!! Shawn and Dr Woolf were great and explains all treatment needs and gave me options to choose from. Deff a top notch team! I have found my forever dentist!
