Terrible product and terrible customer service. Their website won't publish 1 star reviews--they responded and dismissed us but the review didn't show up. We bought a teapot from Chantal directly and the bottom started chipping off less than a year into use. We didn't notice right away, but there is a good 1" by .5" chunk out of the bottom and lots of debris in the water, which could make it into our tea. We've been going to Chantal's for several years. The warehouse experience is wonderful. It's exciting to see new items and glad they bring back some of the previous inventory all quality made. Perfect for Christmas shopping ideas. Great prices and excellent check out. It was a plus talking to the owner, Ms Heida, about several of the items she designed.
I like their ceramic bakeware and ceramic cast iron Dutch ovens. However, their stainless steel pots take longer to reach a boiling point than my other cookware.
Gotta check the holiday sale every year! Amazing deals on great cookware!
