My husband and I loved it there! The office staff were super, the maintenance people were always professional and prompt, and the pool and gym were amazing!! ❤️
This is the worst apartment complex ever. The "property managers" don't understand what it means to properly manage a property. Please tell me why it's okay to let tenants live in a mold infested apartment?!
we have been in our new apartment for about 2 months now and are loving it. We chose Channelside for several reasons. Our priorities were: dog friendly, garage and decent size kitchen. We found all of these there at Channelside. My one complaint, and it is a big one is that some folks just don't seem to accept the concept of picking up after their dogs.
