My wife and moved in in November and for the most The landscape is beautiful and the grounds ,pool and club house are immaculate. The management and maintence are kind and responsive. The. Unit is beautiful and quiet. My only complaint is the lack of closet space. I am really impressed buy the maontence. Not only are they great but they are warm and friendly. This is by far the most disorganized and poorly run business I have ever encountered. Myself and at least 5 of my friends and colleagues have had nothing but negative experiences with the multiple property manager that have filed through in the one year I've lived there. They mask their poor customer service and inability to keep record of tenant conversations with modern appliances and nicely kept landscaping. It is not a gated community, yes there are gates but they never work, always open.
I am unsure why there so many haters! Folks at the office have been wonderful. No issues at all. Not understanding the mold "issues". No issues here. Yes you can hear some things from the residents above but nothing crazy. It's apartments! Not a house!
