To say that the Annmarie, the community manager is helpful would truly be an understatement. Channelside is a wonderful place to live. Five Star. The manager and all her staff are easy to work with. I have nothing but praise for them. We want to stay here long term if possible! All in all this is a great place. I have experienced zero crime and zero drama from residents. The office staff is easy to work with. Landscaping is kept up well and the amenities are nice but they have let the pool area and chairs get old and worn, the fire pit has been broken multiple times, gym equipment is frequently broken and we often can't use the grill because there is no propane. This was once the nicest development in town. Multiple management changes since opening, seems like they went with the lowest bidder. Incompetent, spiteful manager overshadows the pleasant staff. Lots of noise from adjacent development and fire station. And don’t expect them to quiet noisy neighbors, they won’t.
There so so many *better* options now in SWFL.
