I wish I could say that this was the before photo but it’s the after. After asking for highlights brighter than existing highlights and paying £80 I’ve left this salon with brown streaks in my hair and REGROWTH still showing, I can’t actually believe it that they could still charge me £80 even after I complained, a truly awful experience.
