Seven years ago when I had just gotten divorced and my credit score was not fantastic Champion Chevrolet advertised that they would help people even with low credit scores. Instead, you refused to help me and embarrassed me in front of my children and basically kicked me out of the dealership. Today, my credit score is 780 and I own my own company and employ 14 people. I just got a used car from this dealership, which I am very happy with. Our sales person, Josh Darling, was very friendly and helpful. What I appreciated most was that when we realized the blinker bulb was out during the test drive, he quickly ordered a new bulb and even installed it himself free of charge, since there was a long wait in the service garage.
Always helpful and courteous staff in both sales and service departments. I hit a chunk of concrete on the highway last night. Blew 2 left tires, and had the vehicle towed 50 miles back to Champion due to their quality and reputation. They treat each patron the way they would want to be treated!
I worked with Melissa Mcgrain to purchase my brand new Silverado, and she is amazing! Thanks for the new set of wheels!!
