RecommendedAs soon as I drove my truck into the service area, I was greeted, talked to the manager on what needed to be done, then went to the waiting area. My truck was ready about 10 minutes ahead of time and it was washed, which I really appreciated!

I had work done at Champion later to find out it was warranty work which they had me pay out of pocket. I also paid $160 for an oil consumption test only to find out no other dealership charges for this test. then when I needed warranty work done they wouldn't give me a loaner car. When I said I'm a single mother & it's Christmas time I can't afford a rental car the service advisor said yeah little Jimmy needs presents! Wouldn't recommend Champion if it was the only Chevrolet dealership around.

Great experience. Quality
I asked before I drove an hour and a half to your location, a price estimate that I would be looking at roughly...and you guys didn’t even try to work with me before then because your sales lady said that she could help once I drove down. Well I took a half day at work and drove an hour and a half to sit there for 10 minutes and be told you guys couldn’t help me. Thank you for wasting my time, gas, and missing out on work.

Took my 2017 Silverado in for the engine light being on and didn't even take an hour to fix the problem. I will definitely return to this dealer next time I need something else done
