My experience was awesome from the first time walking through those doors they were very inviting and Ken (sales rep) he is awesome. The whole team who helped me purchase my vehicle was great. I just came out of bankruptcy and Ken got me what I wanted which was a 2013 Equinox to be honest I was going for an older model but when he told me what I was approved for I was surprised. Could not have had a better car purchase experience. Helen Deline and the whole team at Champion were professional, prompt, and efficient. This is my third car from Champion and I will be returning.
Paul Pipoly was my Salesman and he was eager to help and answered all my questions. He gave me options but did not push me into something I did not want. I did buy a used car in 'as is' condition so I cannot go back for necessary minor repairs that I discovered shortly after the purchase. All in all, I will go see Paul again when I need to purchase another vehicle.
