I have been a loyal customer at a different Chevy dealership for many years. I moved here about a year ago and was a little hesitant to work and buy a car from this Dealership. Picked out 2011 mustang at Champion, Agreed on the price. Got the loan approved. Called this morning to arrange pick up. The owner of Champion pulled the car and held it to sale to his neighbor! It's not customer service, it's who you know! I want to thank Tom our sales man who was truly sorry this happened! Juanita was very sad we didn't get the car!

Was lied to over the phone, drove all the way from Davisburg. Went with full intentions of purchasing the car I called about but when I got there they wouldn't sell said car for price quoted.
