If I could give this horrible dealership a negative review I'd do it in a heartbeat. My experience is a very negative one. I went to Champion Chevrolet in Howell to purchase my first car with less than 100,000 miles on it which was very exciting for 22 year old me. I just bought my chevy Trax used 2016. Only 4 months in I'm having a repair. And I have to pay a deductible when it says no deductible or fees. When I called to set the appointment to get my car looked at I felt as if they were passing me off.

This is my second Silverado that I have leased from Champion Chevrolet in Howell and it won't be the last! Everyone at this dealership go out of their way to make you feel special and important. Dan Danaher worked his magic and got me the exact truck that I wanted! And Dean makes sure that I get super service when I come in for anything! I wouldn't shop anywhere else!!
Champions service advisor Tom Olsen is top notch he goes above and beyond to get your truck fixed right!! Body shop manager Jim grey as well is a great asset no holds bar with him!! Top notch!! And Helen in sales is top notch!! Those 3 are the reasons I come back!!

We have bought Chevrolets before from another dealer. Never again. The entire team we dealt with at Champion, especially Melissa and Lori were friendly helpful and the opposite of what we experienced before. Thankfully!! We couldn't have been more pleased with our entire car buying experience and we will call Champion our car dealer.
