Was told I was gonna be there for two hours and was there for 4 1/2 hours. Plus i wasn't offered the shuttle to go home or else where so i wouldn't Have to sit there the whole time. Was not a happy camper.

the person at the check out was very rude. i didn't know where my car was and she left me there without telling me she was taking care of it. AWFUL!!!!! She should have told me..
