When my husband and I pulled up, we were initially treated extremely well. However, after seeing what our payment would be per month on a pre owned vehicle...we had to decline as it was over our budget. I received a quote for nearly $700 to fix my automatic lights. Then why is it that I was able to only pay $205 to repair what was needed somewhere else (and not have to replace both headlight sets etc). It was a simple fix and was done the same day. You guys are a joke and ripping people off! The $105 I paid you to check it out - even saved me money on top of what I paid someone else to fix the simple issue. This dealership scheduled me an appointment only to find out when I got there that they didn't even have my parts! Wasted an entire day of my time to make it work. When I pulled in to the service garage, everybody looked miserable and as if they had no interest in doing their job. Left there and hit several others businesses that day where employees where extremely friendly and helpful. Maybe Champion should take note! Was even going to look at cars while I was there.
