Was very disappointed at the cashier when I went for my oil change today and showed her my 10.00 off coupon that she wouldn't honor. Her rude reply when asked why, was I should have showed it to the service department first. Well that will be the last time I come to your dealer for anything else I might need done in the future.
Would NEVER deal with these people again!!! Quoted a price for my trade in, then backed out of the deal AFTER all of the paperwork was signed. Very disappointed.

3 hours into a trip from Columbus to Traverse City, out of nowhere, my Silverado started misfiring badly. I spotted Champion from the freeway and pulled in. Dennis and the team got my truck in immediately for diagnosis, found the problem, found parts that weren't in stock, gave me a ride to find some lunch and had me back on the road in 2-1/2 hours, at a price less than what he originally quoted. That's just plain great service in my book.
