The worst dealership I've ever been in tell you one price when you go back in to buy it they raised it up $1,500 so they had the lowest price on the Patriots in the state found one $2,500 cheaper in Grand Blanc , less miles and wasn't an accident per carfax

Unfortunately the price was adjusted for that reason. I will never buy another car from this dealership. They sold me a "certified preowned" 2014 Chevy Cruz less than a year ago and I have already had to put $378 into fixing it because it was not covered by the power train warranty. Service stabillitrak/ service traction control codes and had to replace coil assembly and spark plugs....everyone was very nice but having to put money into a car that's Less than a 3 years old is ridiculous.
The Service Department was absolutely wonderful! Robin went above and beyond. Thank you!

I took my car in this past Saturday for an oil change plus I had a recall on my tail lights. I picked my car up after they called and told me it was ready. Luckily I was just headed to my brothers house 5 minutes away because I noticed that all of a sudden my left blinker wasn't working. When I arrived at my brothers house we checked to see if any of my other lights were working. Turns out the mechanic at Champion did not double check his work. I left pretty upset last week. Dewayne the service manager took a moment to follow up with me. He actually told me we were valuable customers and our satisfaction was important to him...I haven't heard that since Saturn closed! Because of this and the effort he put in to resolve my issue, we will definitely be back, for service and car purchases
They don't listen to their loyal customers. I complained that the fowlerville location damaged my hood and they dismissed me without even looking at it. Kiss my ass, I'm sure there are other dealerships that would love to have me as a customer.
