Absolute 💯 recommendation here. A week ago I bought my car from Champion. They were upfront and honest with everything they told me. The car was in much better condition than even the pictures showed. Josh was the salesman I worked with and I would recommend him to anyone. Fast, friendly service department
Sorry to say that you have lost a customer today. We always try to spend our money locally, especially when making major purchases, but will never do business with Champion again.
So far, so good. But when I traded vehicles on 1/31/19, I just found out that I had coverage for a nail repair to a tire on 8/16/18. I had to pay $25.25. I would think that when the Service Dept looked up my account, that they would have told me that I owed nothing. Also, reimbursement wasn't offered when we found out that I shouldn't have been charged. I plan to bring in my receipt & expect that I will be credited for the erroneous charge.
Horrible experience! Ended up having to pay for fees out of pocket that were never disclosed to us. We tried to settle this with the GM and sales rep and they wanted nothing to do with our business. I will never do business with this dealership again. They are a bait and switch operation and are shady when it comes to fees.
I currently have my 2nd 🚗 in for major repairs. Jeremy has handled both cars, along with the insurance claims. He has kept us informed all along the way. Jeremy has always been so nice, during a very stressful time. It’s never easy when you have a car accident, having to deal with deductibles and in some cases ....getting another a car. We were able to have Champion Chevrolet do repairs to a car we hadn’t used for awhile, and they are getting the car up and running for a very fair price.
