The service all around was excellent!
This was the best auto purchase experience that I have ever had. Kayley Schiller was quick on response to my needs, I am a teacher and a coach so talking during normal business hours is difficult, we worked via text and sewed the deal up. Kayley and her manager were as motivated to sell as I was to purchase. I drove 1.5 hours and it was well worth the drive. My daughter's lease is up in July, and my wife's the following year, Champion has gained 3 new customers!
Jeff Cramer is a one of a kind car sales associate! He went above & beyond mine & my Wifes car purchasing experience. I highly recommend asking for Jeff the next time you're looking to purchase your next vehicle. He's friendly & knowledgeable. He even drove the new 2020 Blazer to my wifes work all the way from Howell to Grosse Pointe! Picked up her old Equinox & returned it for her. We dont see that kind of customer service now a days!
