My most recent vehicle purchase, this past Friday was disappointed in the way it was handled. I was never given any paperwork and barely made it to gas station with my new 2017 Malibu. Disappointed there was no follow up regarding my concerns. My family have bought 15+ cars/trucks here and now reconsidering other options for my next one.
I have purchased the last few vehicles and have been very happy with my sales person (Helen) I feel she gave me the best advice and the best vehicle for me. My service person (Dean Wagner) has given me the best service and answers all my questions. with both Helen and Dean we can also talk about other stuff too, I feel like I have a very good relationship with both of them. I would recommend Champion Chevrolet to everyone..

Sold us a truck that needed “spark plugs”. The truck needs a new engine and Champion refuses to do anything about it!
Friday they charged us $120 to look at the car for 10 mins to say they couldn't fix it. They knew 100 percent without looking at it they couldn't fix it without even looking at it. They took advantage of us by not being forthright with that information. The right thing to do would have been to say it up front, but scamming someone who is already in a hard spot meant more to their service dept. I will never go to this dealership again. ** CAUTION – BEWARE*** I brought my car into Champion last Tues to have the À/C fixed and the interior detailed. The diagnosis was that I need a new blower motor for the A/C fan. I was told that the motor in my car was discontinued and an aftermarket motor would be needed as well as an extra installation kit, they would also need to cut into my car to make room for the new install. We drove all the way from Shelby Township last Thursday to look at vehicle! Had been in touch with the dealership that morning and told the vehicle was there and gave us a 1PM APPT. Once we arrived, our salesman acted like he had NO IDEA why we were there, then took off and returned with Used Car Manager only to be told the vehicle sold just 10 minute's ago!! This place is a joke...cant believe anything they say and nothing but waste your time!!! Beware
I purchased a 2020 Blazer from Champion. The deal ended with a decent price and all of my concerns about the dealership resolved. The Manager John C. is worth meeting.
