2nd time purchasing an Equinox with Melissa McGrain. First time I never received my credit card. There were mix ups. Not attentive at all. This time another mix up with no follow up. I had Requested a follow up call to rectify never received one. Then received claim. Very poor representation of dealership. Usually things are discussed before they reach that point. WON’T return.
