I had the best car buying experience at Champion in Howell that i have ever had! Melissa was excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I wanted the new blazer and I got it! 1st time i leased a vehicle in my life and they worked with me on my budget and the miles needed. I recommend them wholeheartedly. My son and I had a flat last weekend along M-96. We pulled into Champion Chevrolet to wait for AAA. Before I could contact them, some of the staff suggested we ask the service department if they might help us. Tony Tori and his team installed us in their comfortable waiting room, and offered us coffee, cookies, and bottled water. They quickly found the problem, patched the tire, and were able to send us on our way in less than an hour. What's more, they wouldn't accept payment or even a tip. Awful service. James was supposed to get us into a new truck and fell through on his end in regards to the paperwork. We were supposed to pick up the truck on a Saturday and had waited 11 days (because according to him that was there policy on leasing out demo vehicles) and the truck was not ready, James was not there, and no one had any idea about us picking up the truck. Spoke to management and they came up with an excuse and we STILL have yet to hear anything from them weeks later. Take your business elsewhere.
