I had an appointment with Jack. It was his last one of the day. I said to him what I wanted and about 5 minutes in i could tell he was rushing it. I asked him where he wanted to go in such a hurry and he said he wanted to “watch the football”. He did not listen to me when I said what I wanted (I asked for short sides and back only but he done way too short over). It was a very crap experience and the customer service was appalling. I think he should re-take his training and not be so selfish. I hope his football team lost.
