I joined the gym in September 2021 to PT with the owner Natalie as I was absolutely devastated after gaining weight during COVID. An Excellent Wee Gym.. Has Everything You Need To Get Yourself Into Shape.. The Staff Are Extremely Helpful, Friendly And Knowledgeable. At Very Reasonable Rates I Would Highly Recommend This Place For A Workout.. 😃💪

Absolutely amazing gym. I didn't know it existed or I would've been here years ago. Natalie is so welcoming, knowledgeable and down to earth and Lauren is exactly the same, she knows exactly what I want out of my PT sessions with her, something I have never had. The best gym I've ever been to. If you suffer with low confidence or mental health issues this is 100% the gym for you. All shapes, sizes and all ages. Excellent gym and classes. The instructor was motivated/ motivating and provided clear and concise instructions as the class moved round the stations of the workout.
