Been going since I was 15 so I am very biased. Love it, people are nice, weights are heavy and learnt I should always have a spotter!
A great gym with helpful and informative staff! Great value for money and an all round great place to train! I recommend it to gym goers of all levels, even if you are just starting!
Great range of facilities, a lot of space, welcoming staff and very affordable. 100% recommend if your a beginner or not as people are very kind and pass no judgment.
