Charl prepared the food for our joint 40th birthday party and we were delighted with the service provided: the food was delicious, plentiful, the meat tender and the sauces fresh and appetising. He arrived in plenty of time to set up and was friendly and packaged up all our leftovers to be enjoyed afterwards. Highly recommend for a stress free catering solution and something a bit different.
We had a party in August 2025 and Challas came out to provide some catering. The portions are large and we ordered too much food but I'm glad because our guests all took some home which was a lovely gift for them and nothing was wasted. Having used Challas Roast in the past we had no hesitation in using them again for our recent event. Guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and great service as always. Would highly recommend.
Challas did the catering for our wedding on 28.06.2025 and we cannot recommend them enough. The food was delicious, and we were spoiled for choices at the taster session. There was so much food - even the lads were unable to take up their offers of seconds. Charl was knowledgeable, passionate and helpful at every stage, making the planning process a breeze. The hog roast was incredible and the beef brisket just fell apart. Thank you so much for all your hard work & great food Charl!
We chose Challas for the caterer for our wedding the 22nd April, main reason why at first was how well they communicated and how easy it was to reach out! Then the day of the wedding we felt so calmed they were going to do their best! And they did, people loved the food and all the team was very friendly.
