Definitely don’t sign up with this club. I signed up for a one month trial I didn’t renew the membership but they continue to take money from my accounts. I had to petition this with my bank and they submitted a fraudulent document to my bank saying that I’d signed a document which I never signed. Shocking business practices

This gym USED to be excellent, great trainers and concept. However now it is closed. They keep taking membership subscriptions and don't answer calls, whatsapp or emails. It's a scam that it makes out it's still running as it is definitely closed now. Needs updating as 'permanently closed'.

The gym keeps charging after cancellation. Nobody cares to resolve the issue after reporting it multiple times.

OWNERS ARE THIEVES! As others have said, I cancelled my membership in writing and they keep charging me every month and don’t reply to emails or WhatsApp messages. They raised their “fixed for life” pricing for founder members with little notice and then don’t refund what they charge after cancellation EVERY MONTH. It’s a shame as I was very loyal to this place and loved the teachers, but the owners are complete thieves who still haven’t given me back my hundreds of Pounds owed.

I have had exactly the same experience as previous reviewers, so clearly there is a genuine problem with these guys - they told me they had cancelled but they still keep taking money from my account three months later and ignore my calls and emails. I had to put a block on my card to stop it, and they still somehow got round that by going via Stripe. So now I am going to have to block all Stripe payments on my card. Avoid this gym at all costs.
