He was great initially, but over time he only cared about referring me to other specialists. When you need an appointment you can’t get in and then have to go to urgent care. He never listens to the patient and is rude and dismissive.

We LOVE Dr Unison. His staff, not so much! My wife and I had to cancel our May 2024 annual checkup. The earliest his staff could re-schedule us was in May of 2025! They told us to call periodically to see if they had any cancellations. We did. BUT we now have gotten a phone call that seemed a thinly veiled threat that we may not get our medication refills unless we schedule an appointment! Calling AGAIN after the threat got MY appointment moved up to JANUARY 2025! They said Virginia still has to call later! The staff did not... read more
I have been seeing Dr Hartley for years. I absolutely adore him. Sometimes i would bring in one of my kiddos and he would joke with them and make them comfortable. He has done multiple procedures on me and has done nothing but the best work. He is very thorough and takes his time. I can't say enough good things about him
At 45 years old I couldn’t have wished for a better doctor for my first medical surgery. Very charismatic, Confident, experienced , compassionate, personable, professional, punctual Dr. Ritter gives you his undivided attention and genuinely cares about his patients. Simply the best around
Dr. Waits is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. There's no such thing as a 'dumb' question! He and the staff are thorough and supportive throughout the entire process and beyond!
We drove an hour away from home to see Dr Ritter and all we were able to do was talk to his NP.... no results or answers to our questions. Very disappointed in this office
I wanted to share my recent experience with rotator cuff surgery.I cannot recommend Dr. Waits highly enough—he is truly the best in the business. I uncommonly suffered a rotator cuff tear, with the tear occurring in two places. He’s not friendly. Won’t answer questions at all , stated other concerns need to make another appointment. We’re finished with him. We’re going to another doctor & he won’t be in this group. My vet is nicer to our dogs.
