Dr. Waits and the whole staff were excellent. The whole process from start to finish was perfect.
Dr. Waits replaced my right knee in March 2022. He explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions patiently and honestly. The procedure was scheduled during my first appointment. His office and pre procedure staff are all very friendly, caring and efficient. The follow up was also very easy with X-rays being done at the time of appointments. I am so pleased with the results.

Thank God for Dr. Waits!! I had a very worn out knee. The care I received from Dr. Waits & his staff was the outstanding. With Dr. Waits I experienced a best case scenario, my new knee has allowed me to resume all activities and then some. What impressed me the most, was Dr. Waits caring attitude. I am very grateful.
A year ago, I was in a lot of pain and I couldn't lift my arm past my shoulder. Lifting a gallon of milk was nearly impossible for me and I certainly couldn't reach anything above my head. Dr Waits has done two procedures on me. A shoulder replacement and Carpal Tunnel surgery with local anesthetic. You could not ask for a better Doctor. Dr. Waits explains everything in advance and his bedside manners are off the charts. If you are in need of Orthopedic care please consider Dr. Chad Waits.
