Dr Cooper took the time to make sure all my concerns were addressed. He has a great bedside manner and doesn't seem hurried.
It was good except for the fact that he kept turning away from me while he was speaking and, with my hearing loss (which he was aware of since I had just had a hearing test done), I missed half of what he was saying and had to ask him to repeat himself many times. Other than that, things were fine.
After switching pediatricians multiple times Dr Bender was recommended to me 13 years ago and I am so thankful she was. She is through, smart, honest, and my kids like her! I am now the one who is always recommending her to parents!
Dr. Ritter replaced both of my knees and I can't be happier with the experience and result!! He is straight forward and tells you what needs to be told and also answers all questions. Thank you for giving me back my mobility, Dr. Ritter!!
Dr. Ritter and his staff at Hendricks Orthopedics were amazing from my first visit to the last followup. It was the most positive experience that I have ever had in any medical setting. They are professional, caring, and compassionate. I am very happy with the results of my surgery-it has given me back a normal, pain-free life.
Had put off the surgery several years ago. Got to a point of affecting quality of life . Met with Dr. Waits , discussed options and made decision to do the surgery. I am 4 months post op and what a difference. Operation went very well. Therapy went well and movement of arm and shoulder going very well. Outstanding Orthopedic surgeon. Pre op or post op wouldn't change a thing.
Dr. Waits answered any questions I had before and after my surgery which was a success, I would look to him if I need further surgery
I have been seeing this doctor for years after my original doctor retired. He is not very friendly and does not listen to what you have to say. Puts you through so much test and then says after several years all the original test are wrong. Tells me I did not follow through when I called him out about never responding to my emails . I recently had 2 complete shoulder replacement surgeries with Dr. Waits and his team. The care I received before, during, and after the procedures where both very professional and compassionate. Prior to surgery my lifestyle was on a hold because I couldn't perform tasks due to pain and poor mobility. Now being a year out, I have full motion of my shoulders and gaining strength rapidly. Given the same circumstances, I would not hesitate to do both surgeries again.
