I had my first visit with Dr. Waits to discuss double knee replacement in April 2023. I was amazed at the warmth and caring from this visit. I was not rushed Dr. Waits listened to me and answered all my questions. From checking in, seeing Dr. Waits and then checking out just the kindness of everyone was a blessing. Had put off the surgery several years ago. Got to a point of affecting quality of life . Met with Dr. Waits , discussed options and made decision to do the surgery. I am 4 months post op and what a difference. Operation went very well. Therapy went well and movement of arm and shoulder going very well. Outstanding Orthopedic surgeon. Pre op or post op wouldn't change a thing.
Dr. Waits answered any questions I had before and after my surgery which was a success, I would look to him if I need further surgery
I recently had 2 complete shoulder replacement surgeries with Dr. Waits and his team. The care I received before, during, and after the procedures where both very professional and compassionate. Prior to surgery my lifestyle was on a hold because I couldn't perform tasks due to pain and poor mobility. Now being a year out, I have full motion of my shoulders and gaining strength rapidly. Given the same circumstances, I would not hesitate to do both surgeries again.
Dr. Waits is so easy to talk to & extremely knowledgeable, & is eager to answer any questions a patient may have. My 2 new knees are doing fabulous!! He’s the BEST!
After reviewing my x-rays and MRI for a torn rotator cuff, Dr. Waits took the time to explain surgical and non-surgical options for repairing my shoulder. The best option was to have the shoulder replacement surgery. Dr. Waits and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and caring. I am a very active 61 year old. My hobbies are very physical and require strength, my right shoulder was easily aggravated. I have been a prior patient of Dr, Waits. I had no hesitation in a consult about my options moving forward with surgery and recovery time after surgery. I am 4 months out prior symptoms are gone, still working on strength. I can’t recommend Dr. Waits more highly. He listened to my concerns and fully explained my procedure. I was thoroughly prepared and knew what to expect during recovery. Follow up after surgery was great. I appreciated the number of follow up visit to ensure recovery was going well. If I need to have my other knee replaced I will go to Dr. Waits again.
My initial visit with Dr Waits was very reassuring, He was confident and willing to spend time to answer all of my questions. This was my first surgery ever so I was apprehensive and not sure about moving forward. However, I am so glad I did!
