I had a total shoulder replacement. After rehab, I was pain free and had more mobility than I have had for years. My experience with Dr. Chad Waits and Hendricks Regional Health has all been exceptional.

Thank God for Dr. Waits!! I had a very worn out knee. The care I received from Dr. Waits & his staff was the outstanding. With Dr. Waits I experienced a best case scenario, my new knee has allowed me to resume all activities and then some. What impressed me the most, was Dr. Waits caring attitude. I am very grateful.
A year ago, I was in a lot of pain and I couldn't lift my arm past my shoulder. Lifting a gallon of milk was nearly impossible for me and I certainly couldn't reach anything above my head. After an unfortunate fall that resulted in a complete tear of my left Quadricep. Dr Waits has done two procedures on me. A shoulder replacement and Carpal Tunnel surgery with local anesthetic. You could not ask for a better Doctor. Dr. Waits explains everything in advance and his bedside manners are off the charts. If you are in need of Orthopedic care please consider Dr. Chad Waits. Dr. Waits enjoys being an Orthopedic Surgeon and the best outcome for the patient is always his goal. If I need any further Orthopedic care I fully trust Dr. Waits for the best possible outcome.
Professional and kind. Had torn rotator cuff and had a lot of pain with any movement. After meeting Chad I new he would take good care of me his words. Chad did exactly that, thank you Chad. Rehab was great with Grace, exercises and stretching followed at home. In my 70 years this was a piece of cake compared to other surgeries.
Dr. Waits was excellent- reassuring me about the 2 reverse shoulder replacements. Results far exceeded my expectations and am now able to do what was impossible prior to surgery. Minimal pain and much faster recovery than I anticipated. I have total confidence in Dr.Waits. He always had time to explain and address any concerns. My life is so much better now than before surgeries. I am so grateful to have such good results.
I’m 71, have struggled with right knee problems. In April X-ray showed bone on bone. Dr. Waits office helped me through decision for full knee replacement. I had my surgery in late April and am so glad that I did. The orthopedic program from pre-op to surgery to PT is very personal and hands on. I’m in my 14th week of recovery, playing golf with no pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Waits and the orthopedic program. They are the best!
