Dr Besold is always professional yet personable. I feel I can tell things in confidence. She is friendly as well as her wonderful staff. I know I can ask any medical question and she has the answers I just wish she would be allowed to see us when we are in the hospital !
I can’t recommend Dr. Waits more highly. He listened to my concerns and fully explained my procedure. I was thoroughly prepared and knew what to expect during recovery. Follow up after surgery was great. I appreciated the number of follow up visit to ensure recovery was going well. If I need to have my other knee replaced I will go to Dr. Waits again.
My initial visit with Dr Waits was very reassuring, He was confident and willing to spend time to answer all of my questions. This was my first surgery ever so I was apprehensive and not sure about moving forward. However, I am so glad I did! The day of the surgery he stopped by and was very upbeat and didn't seem overly rushed or all business, and of course although I didn't see him in the operating room I am confident of his expertise because I have had such a great outcome. He has been very thorough, asking probing questions and offered different solution that worked vs my previous two doctors.

My kiddos have been with Dr. Emmick for years. She listens, respects the opinion of the patients and parents, and does not rush the visit. She can be trusted to give you all the information you need and make good decisions for your child. Additionally, I can always get a same day visit if needed at this office, even if she is not working that day. I think that is priceless.
Dr. Waits thoroughly explained the process and the ultimate type of replacement that would occur after he was doing the surgery because the MRI was not clear on whether it would be a total replacement or an opposite type replacement. The surgery went well and following it I had very little pain and bruising. I was able to do most things after 6 weeks and after 3 months I have complete use of my arm and strength to do what I did before but without pain. I am able to sleep on either side without pain.
