Dr. waits and his staff exceeded my expectations. I'm a year out from my surgery and am totally functional and pain free. His knowledge and experience was definitely demonstrated during this process. He is very easy to talk to and made me very comfortable. His assistant Darrell is very kind and knowledgeable as well, and they followed up on me after I was home. I would definitely do this again when my left shoulder is ready.
Dr. Waits is patient, kind, extremely accommodating to someone who is extremely fearful of Shoulder Replacement surgery, as I was. Three months after surgery I only wish I had done it sooner. Dr. Waits is excellent. He did both of my total knee replacements. He explains thing well and would refer him to any of my family or friends.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Waits and his team, i went from rolling out of bed and the couch to standing straight up without pushing off. I can now cross my leg to put on my sock. simple things like getting up off the ground are done now without thinking about doing it.office visits were always on time, staff are very friendly and professional. I couldn't remember the last time I slept (because of knee pain) standing, walking, stooping was painful, and falling became normal because of my knees. Now at 76 and after total knee replacement I realize walking, dancing, DOING HAY....I forget to even think about my knee!! The first two weeks are serious recovery but after that every day gets better and better. Now I can enjoy activities again!!!
I was referred to Dr. Waits by my chiropractor. The first time I saw him I thought he was going to push me to have surgery. He did not. He took his time and educated me. He agreed with me that at that point in time surgery could wait. About a year later I had problems with my left shoulder.
