Dr Waits is very kind and compassionate. He listened to my complaints and talked about options. He helped me understand the treatment options and why he was recommending surgery. The surgery went well, the recovery was excellent, and I’m now pain free. His staff is outstanding and I enjoyed the whole experience. Would strongly recommend Dr Waits for orthopedic care!
My knee had been bothering me for well over a year. I had been to other doctors. Nobody explained it as well as Dr. Waites and his group. I was in constant pain. Dr. Waits has been my surgeon 3 different times. He did an amazing job on every single one especially my total knee replacement. Gave me the opportunity to get back to living my life as a very active adult. He has a wonderful team and Hendricks Regional Health provided a personal and comforting environment. 1000% would trust my surgical needs to Dr. Waits and his team. They really do care. Dr. Waits is a fantastic doctor! Having my knee replaced by him was one of the best things I have ever had done. He cares about what he does. He listens and explains everything in great detail.
Dr Waits is so patient and will answer any question that you have. He explains everything in a way that you can understand. Then, he makes sure to follow up with you. He genuinely cares about you and that you are doing well.
